Founded in 2017, Jaxster Capital began as an investor and strategic partner in the development of Hippocrates Holding, now one of the leading pharmaceutical retail groups in Italy.
This experience laid the foundation of our investment approach, based on disciplined buy-and-build strategies and the aggregation of fragmented markets.
Since then, we have expanded across multiple industries and companies— including energy, fashion, and consumer services — consistently applying the same consolidation-driven model.
